Paleo Chocolate Brownie

This is amazingly decadent. I made it for my kids so I put the chocolate in the center, but it would be delicious and free of cane sugar without it. I haven't tried it but you could melt some unsweetened chocolate with some honey or maple syrup and pour it into a hole in the middle of the brownie. That should resemble the melted baking chocolate in the recipe.

5 tbsp cacao powder
3 tbls coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
pinch salt
5 tsp coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
4 Chunks of baking chocolate or bar

Spray 4 ramekins with coconut oil. In a saucepan melt coconut oil and honey. Stir in dry ingredients. Once they are thoroughly mixed stir in coconut milk. Mix well. Pour chocolate mixture into the ramekin. If you are not sensitive to cane sugar you can place a small piece of high cacao chocolate in then center of the batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until top has set.

This makes one serving.
