Nut Butter Carob Coconut Balls

1 cup nut butter (almond butter, cashew butter)
¼ cup carob powder
1/8 cup honey, or to taste
½ cup grated coconut or chopped nuts

Combine and form into balls. Roll in coconut. Chill. Or form into 1 ½” logs. Roll in chopped nuts or coconut. Wrap in waxed paper or foil (shiny side next to food). Chill, slice.
