Homemade Chocolate
Melt 1/2 cup coconut oil in a pan and add in a small spoon of honey to taste. Remove from heat and mix in 1/2 cup non-alkalized cocoa powder. Stir. Add stevia 1 drop at a time, mixing and tasting between each drop. The stevia brings out the sweetness of the honey without adding more sugar, but it can become overpowering very quickly. When I make it I only use about 3 drops of stevia. I like dark chocolate. Spray a silicone container with edges with coconut oil spray and poor the liquid mixture into the silicone container. Put in freezer and tap your fingers while you wait for the deliciousness.
Optional: Stir in 1/2 cup shredded coconut or chopped walnuts.
