Green Smoothie

This is a simple smoothie that promotes ongoing liver detoxification. Add shredded beets to aid with flushing the gallbladder and maximize the detoxification effects.

It is ok to use spinach raw, but not on a daily basis. Spinach, Kale, and Broccoli all have greater nutrient availability if lightly steamed prior to eating.


8 oz water
2 giant handfuls spinach (ideally flash steamed)
1 mango, peeled and sliced
2 heaping tablespoons Collagen
1 tbls Colostrum IgG
1 tablespoon ground flax seed

Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy this detoxification meal.
