Broccoli Coleslaw
I just made this version below and my kids preferred it. It has a slightly sweet taste. We were in a hurry one evening and made this recipe and dumped it on a bag of broccoli slaw and threw in some dried cranberries and soaked dehydrated walnuts and we had a quick easy dinner. I actually followed the proportions on the back of the broccoli slaw package.
1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vinegar (I used rice vinegar)
1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
1⁄4 teaspoon celery seed
pepper
